this year, have seen lot of " police screwing " in america, shooting homeless people, old people, mentally disabled people.

, being accused of brutality in several cities, , lots of deveoped countries on world.

now, know police hard job, think have power , getting out of hand.

— "in 2010, 7-year-old when, after midnight, swat team threw flashbang grenade through window living room asleep. flashbang burned blanket , member of swat team burst house, firing single shot, killed her."

— jose guerena, 26-year-old iraq war veteran, wife heard noise turned out swat team. guerena "picked rifle, safety on, , went investigate. swat team fired 71 shots @ guerena,

among aclu's findings:

— 62 percent of swat raids purpose of conducting drug searches.

— 7 percent of swat raids "for hostages, barricade, or active shooter scenarios."

— swat raids directed disproportionately against people of color — 30 percent of time "race of individual people impacted" black, 11 percent of time latino, 20 percent white , 30 percent unknown.

— armored personnel vehicles local law enforcement agencies have received through grants department of homeland security commonly used drug raids , not school shootings , terrorist situations.

— in cases in police cited possible presence of weapon in home reason utilizing swat team, weapons found 35 percent of time.

are willing pay them? departments struggling meet budgets. can pay tightening enforcement , writing few more citations each day.
