Apple Service Repair - Returned scratched?

i'm trying find past topics on site have failed far - want know of peoples experiences when having mbp returned apple service centre/store repairs. has received scratches or other damage wasn't there originally?

i'm taking mbp store next week repair.. thinking of taking hq (dslr) photos of laptop's condition before taking in - i've taken care of not single blemish or scratch on it. not including markings mag safe charger leaves.

if come scratched - there way go this? refuse take laptop (i open , check in store ) if has scratches on it.
 

when take in inspect , put scratches or dents on work authorisation form.
if shows nothing should in same condition.
if damage offer repair/replace parts.
