Calendar problems with Google Calendar?

is else having trouble getting calendar connect google calendar?

consistently "calendar can't connect google account 'gmail'," request me enter password. when enter it, dialog reports "the server responded error."

still working fine on mavericks machine, i'm assuming yosemite problem.

tried disabling , re-enabling google account in calendar / accounts. didn't help.
 

apparently apple fairy touched machine magic wand, because yosemite's calendar app started linking google calendar.

had tried kinds of things no avail. now, though, left error dialogue (which asking password) on screen maybe 15 minutes. calendar decided behave.

i'm considering glitch unglitched.
