MP 5.1 Optical (bluray) drive tray ejects at power on

have been upgrading purchased 5.1 mac pro few things (dual hex core cpu, ram, ssd, usb3 etc).

replaced superdrive pioneer bluray drive , drive tray ejects every power on. drive installed same time upgrading os mavericks, not sure if drive or os more relevant. same thing happens drive in either slot , haven't yet tried putting superdrive in place of bluray drive. apart ejecting @ power on, drive seems operate fine. after power on, can press ^ key close tray. bit annoying really.

other that, first mp (have mini, rmbp, ipads etc) , enjoying quality of engineering of mp , ease can customise machine. works, :)

similar experiences or suggestions?
 

i had same issue on top optical drive bay awhile. started happening sporadically, stopped. when happening, @ boot, before apple popped up, top optical drive, oem btw, open, close. have drive in second bay, , drive never affected.

never tried troubleshoot it, since never considered issue. did think strange.
