Questions about selling an iPhone

just few hours ago sold old iphone 4! took sim card out , went settings/general/reset/erase made sure gone. question need me go att store activate it? att iphone. ex bought me , put me on plan few years back. problem?
 

no. phone activated on at&t.

assume if had on ios7. u disabled/signed out of icloud , find iphone. that's hiccup person may face. considering u wiped out already. means passed stage.
