do I need 20 albums in order to start selling music on itunes?

g'day all,
compose own music, both contemporary classical , fusion/alternative (much snarky puppy if of have heard of them). have been looking idea of starting sell music on itunes, not trying make ton of money, maybe side cash, know, or getting out there beyond have.

reading itunes connect requirements , noticed under content requirements says "20 albums or more in catalog". mean before can start selling music on itunes, have create twenty albums!?

compositions take long time come fruition, when first come idea when i've finished mixing best of ability. right now, barely have enough make 1 album (of 8 tracks) let alone twenty. it'll take me 10 years make twenty albums, or longer!

if true, find downright discriminating smaller artists myself either not have resources produce music in such short period of time, or choose not to.
