Is Mavericks Downloadable for DVD burn

i built computer. going use gaming; trying install windows on it. after 1 or 2 hours of installing basic programs, getting addware , viruses, , remembering why went mac. (i know -- serves me right) wondering if mac os x downloadable burn on dvd apple store somewhere can install on new machine. see upgrade apple retail store. (maybe i'll try dual boot later using boot camp.)
 

you download os x mac app store accessible mac, since don't have mac not downloadable.
