Local MobileBackup using a lot of space

here's problem:

i'm using macbook air mid-2011, 13 inch model 128gb.

spent last few hours reading this, both here , apple's community forum, , i've heard local backups delete after hard drive's free space reach percentage, didn't happen on configuration.

-i tried disable time machine settings. didn't work.

-i tried "sudo tmutil disablelocal" command, , while hides mobilebackup directory, main hard drive not gain space.

-no .mobilebackup.trash file appears when use sudo command mentioned , using "sudo du -d 1 -x -c -g /".

-i don't know if helps, first time noticed few months ago when deleting windows bootcamp macbook. remember removed windows because os somehow broke down , gave error.

in advance , if there's info missing, please tell me , i'll try post it.
