Quick switch between languages

my primary language english more , more i'm needing write in german.
if looked though language options , there doesn't seem allows me switch between 2 languages.
ideally need same option on ios can click , change spell check options within few seconds without going in system preferences each time.
appreciated. :)
 

have tried language settings? switch between spanish , english time no problem. os x intelligent enough automatically switch between both languages needed.
