Is Apple aware of the Wifi issues in iOS 8?

okay, bought ipad mini retina , fine during setup. updated it, wifi sucked returned it. exchanged 1 has ios 7.1.2 , fine. phones in house updated ios 8 , 8.0.2. having wifi issues.

android devices , ios7 devices da wifi. hope apple aware wifi huge problem update (unless it's me, i've been looking through apple support forums).

, yes reset network settings...which works 5 minutes goes out. dfu restore nothing. ipad pretty useless right now.

because change logs updates don't seem address issues.
 

my iphone 5s has trouble too. wifi refuse reconnect until after restart phone , wifi calling doesn't migrate cellular.
