iPad iPad battery count

when charging ipad air, says 98%. unplugged charger, ipad says 100%. issue? once, noticed battery drain 48% 46%, though happened once.
 

the percentage approximation, not 100% accurate. small fluctuations normal , nothing alarmed about.
