Messed Up Calendars

i have ipad, iphone , mba. can not calendars match across 3. can give me steps delete , start over!
 

first login account @ icloud.com , @ calendar there because "master" , pushed out other devices. set there how want.

go each client device , turn off icloud calendar sync , when prompted tell delete calendar data device. turn on , should match saw on icloud.com.

if seeing other calendars because syncing other calendars in itunes , need turn off.
