Startup disk full followed by bluescreen

hello,
i've big problem. when tried start macbook air morning made normal startup sound followed grey apple logo. after computer showed me few seconds startup disk full followed blue screen. desktop disappeared , can't see or open programs more. few programs open automatically when start macbook appear.

can't delete things clean startup disk. knows do?
 

were aware disk getting full? have carbon copy cloner image of system on external drive, can boot , perform @ least rudimentary cleanup?
