i'm trying talk at&t rep can't through.

have at&t next contract. on at&t website, tells me:

pay off $541.51

arielle's htc 0p6b120
pay remaining at&t next℠ balance become upgrade eligible , own device.

mean upgrade eligible after pay off? either new at&t next or regular 2 year contract?

apple.com websites tells me buy phone today $749.00 using check eligibility tool. not sure should do! clarification help.
 

technically yes, though may need chat at&t record updated instantly after payment since working timed order need.
