Will an AT&T iPad Air work in the UK?

i'm buying ipad air cellular at&t model macrumors member.

i'm intending take england , use uk sim card. neither of sure if work or not.

purchased guy worked at&t, presume it's out of contract.

can 1 advise?
 

yes work. sim ipads, except sold in japan, unlocked.
