Any way to update a Samsung SSD's firmware on 2013 iMac?

i have samsung 840 evo in ps4 update firmware using 2013 27" imac no pc connect directly sata port. if use samsung's magician software under windows samsung firmware update run ssd connected on thunderbolt esata connection or can suggest possible way of updating firmware outside of on pc?
 

i have upgraded firmware in 500gb 840 evo using samsung magician in bootcamp windows no issues.

boot off ssd in thunderbolt enclosure.
