iCloud drive and keychain

hi,

i'm bit confused of how icloud drive works. have ipad ios 8, iphone 4 ios 7 , macbook ith yosemite public beta.
if turn on icoud drive on ipad , macbook, apps/services keychain, apps data etc sync on iphone, or disabled becouse not ios8? or has nothing icloud drive?
