iPhone 6 setup help, contacts

gang,

im setting wife's new iphone 6 instead of setting icloud backup, wanted avoid dragging on unwanted excess files , whatnot, opted setup new, , added icloud info , such bring contacts on etc

why there few contacts missing? ideas?
 

did have gmail account , icloud account on previous phone. maybe added new contacts gmail account.
