Mavericks & vmware 6.0

i upgraded imac mavericks - should've done little more homework before making move i'm stuck now.

i've resolved few issues 1 big 1 remains. when upgraded version of vmware no longer worked , not log bootcamp partition nor access via virtual machine in vmware. contacted vmware , told me needed upgrade 6.0 , , data intact after upgrade.

not well, still cannot access bootcamp partition. spent half hour on phone vmware support , told me should contact apple. has else had issue? i'm concerned won't able resolved , i'm out $60 too.
 

the best advice backup data , re-install, no such issues vmware.
