Photos taken with 6 Plus disappear sometimes

i don't know if problem, take photo when click on thumbnail on lower left of photo app, doesn't show pic me , can't find anywhere.

ios 8 problem or phone problem?
 

i've had happen 1 time, on 6. think it's ios 8 thing.

see thumbnail, pic wasn't in camera roll. , after took next pic, gone.

i'm kind of relieved see happened else too.
