Reverting to previous game save?

i'm using iphone 5s, version 7.1.1. playing game dragons: rise of berk , spent in game currency on , changed mind. used iexplorer save game data couple days ago. can load in , go state of game couple days ago? replace game's documents folder on phone saved 1 computer? risk doing damage game (i still want able play it! ;-)) or phone itself?
