AT&T Upgrade Confusion

so checked upgrade eligibility on apple.com , said eligible $449 pricing on 9/24. want pre-order friday, called at&t , spent 20 min on phone rep explaining needed have eligibility moved week , half pre-order on friday... simple enough.

said spoke supervisor , because it's "in month of sept. $449 pricing friday if try , pre-order".

that... doesn't sound right @ all. , insisted was.
 

it maybe right. check eligibility on apple store website. i'm mid contract, pricing $549 6+. price have agree new 2 year contract. think may case to. if willing sign new contract sound right me. i'm no att expert.
