Comcast messed up my wi-fi Time Capsule
my internet connection down crawl days. did usual attempts fix modem , time capsule (rebooting, etc.) nothing changed.
called comcast. tech comes out. diddles set half hour , declares:
"it weird there no signal @ coming through our modem because apple products designed way allowed sort of signal through. have modem working again , have speeds."
me: "great, time capsule has gone amber , won't allow ups."
comcast: "oh didn't set wifi arrangement you'll have deal whoever set fix it."
me: "but it's been working fine, 3 years, until came today."
comcast: "i don't know tell you."
me: head explodes.
time capsule, main router, goes out airport expresses , airport extreme in house, , showing green connection lights, on router, time capsule stays yellow , gives error:
"status: double nat."
, when click on says 'change bridge mode' when entire systems goes insane , have struggle double nat status.
somehow have connectivity internet, what's coming through extreme, can't time capsule normal.
ideas how remedy this?
uhm, wierd. tooled around more alert field, , next showed error, clicked ignore option, , time capsule turned green.
jesus, makes me crazier, (not knowing why worked) @ least working.
