iOS 8 Live Wallpapers

hi there. may stupid question, has uses live wallpapers noticed on ios 8 when close app @ first screen blank , circles fade in? seems every time exit app or unlock phone. seem recall in ios 7 circles there. has else experienced this? bug that'll fixed or did on purpose reason? i'm using 5s.
