iPad Something strange happens all the time on my r mini

when see apps running in background in multitasking, every app has sort of screenshot. well, ipad mini retina has apps in multitasking displaying images happened weeks ago. example if visit mac rumors on safari, double press home button see safari app, shows mac rumors. if close safari app multitasking , open safari again multiple times, normal. after few weeks, in multitasking, safari show mac rumors website opened few weeks ago. don't know if understand happens when kill app multitasking tray. on 7.1.2 non jailbroken.
 

i've seen well... old screenshots of on app while back. weird quick, nothing i've ever been concerned about.
