iPhone 6+ - No Email Alerts... ?

i have 2 exchange accounts setup on iphone email app.
not getting alerts new mail.

settings / fetch new data set push.

seems iphone 6+ alerts if open email app , refresh?

suggestions, fetch every 15 mins solution?
 

i had same problem - fixed in notification center. reason defaulted no alerts.
