Multi Stream Transport (MST) Hubs and cMac Pro, do they work?

really, no 1 has tried mst hub? tried on nmp , didn't seem work 3port mst hub club, doubted new mac pro had support. know bunch of pc video cards supposed support these mst hubs. surprised no 1 has tried them on old mac pro?
