Sync issues iOS 8 and iTunes 11.4

anyone have issues apps, photos, music won't sync running ios 8 , itunes 11.4 on mac? stuck half way syncing have hit sync button again finish.
 

i can't 11.4 sync right on our mac nor windows pc. result expanse of "other" space , deletion of "app" space. restore backup not fix it. quick sync laptop still using itunes 11.3.1 seem restore space bar graph.
looks problem need wait itunes 11.4.1 or 12.
