Why doesn't Apple hold all phones until they can fulfil every order at the same time?

say, deliver everyone's phone time in november. way can happy @ once , feel equal.

sorry, won't able send mr. cook because not going give in want, people agree you. hold phones until can fulfill order not economically, or logistically feasible. how apple supposed anticipate how new device accepted , how many orders placed , quantities orders need? not practical business plan, , life not fair , equal. sorry birst bubble.
