Any DJ in the house?

hi

have mac book pro 17" , 2 ipad g4. electronic music , audio engineer , stuff. professional vj, have done shows @ teh ultra music festival , things on 10 years.

want djing spare time , have fun @ parties , mixing @ places eventually, fun of , make money here , there.

way, thinking in buying pioneer dj ddj-sz professional serato dj controller or that. have mbp , 2 ipads.

there way can have dj software in mbp , control 2 ipads scratching? , dj software best out there?

have osc , lemur believe. can use 2 ipads control @ same time? take route , have fun before expending money in pioneer.

  • buy mixer , decent set of headphones
  • buy traktor dj app
  • load app on both ipads , wire output mixer

saves having use mbp. learns basics (track selection, blending, beat matching) , decide if it's worth spending more money on hardware or if type of setup suitable you, , if money , time better spent on developing track library.
