How to record in 1080p at 60 fps?

apple says can record in 1080p @ 60 fps, don't see option anywhere? :eek:

how record in 1080p60?
 

go settings. go photos & camera. should toggle in there.

in future update allow toggle between 30 , 60 fps within camera app.
