Quickest way to get a 6 unlocked for international use?

i read through first 5 pages of questions didn't see answer, apologies if has been answered elsewhere.

have 13 months left on att 5s contract. looking buy 6, @ full retail, love unlocked international use day 1 if possible. don't see mention of unlocked phones being sold day one, guess there no option me i6 quickly.

leave country november , don't expect supply meet demand before then, that's constraint. have easier time selling in 14 more months being factory unlocked.

final, loosely related question: if buy i6 through apple , not att (so unlocked), att unlock 5s it's no longer on contract? or 5s still contract phone until 14 more months pass.

the way know sure new unlocked phone order verizon phone ship unlocked (t-mobile phones might unlocked well).

check at&t, sounds if pay phone in full, unlock right away.

since need pay full price, should able unlock immediately. assuming case, 5s need wait 13 months before can unlocked.
