so downloaded free trial 1password site before taking plunge of buying program. free trial has run out, haven't seen i've lost function. planning on buying full version soon, need worry losing sort of data if don't upgrade asap?

think want buy through mac app store vs. site (so i'll updates there, of other programs). if buy there, need existing program on computer. how information have stored there show in new version download app store?

thank , please go easy on me in advice... of dumb questions. i'm tech savy near level of people on these forums (hence why read them , appreciate information here).
 

once demo expires app still works without full functionality.

buy app store , should install on demo version.
