2009 Mac Pro: Adding Radeon 7950 for 4k screen. What 2nd card for 1080p monitor?

i have 2009 mac pro (8-core, 2.93ghz, radeon 4870). want drive 4k/uhd monitor , 1080p monitor. sapphire radeon should handle uhd monitor can recommend video card drive (possibly 2) 1080p monitors?
in advance.
 

7950 can run 4 displays, depending on type
