Late-09 Mini Server Dual SSD question

quick question dual ssds in late-09 mini server:
(not used server; it's primary desktop)

have 1 120gb ocz agility 3 in mini server , want add second drive running striped raid. should buy identical drive or 120gb ssd ok? there advantage going agility 3 or not notice difference? keep in mind mini limited sata ii. reason ask because can new ssd i'd pay used agility 3. last ditch give-the-old-mini-a-boost before replacement idea...

disclaimer: before goes on "oooh, don't rely on striped raid - it's not safe" rant, data lives on mirrored raid firewire drive , backed twice (time machine , off-site cloned copy of most important photos , documents). striped raid ssds osx , apps. :)
 

if used going same price new, sell old , buy 2 x new ssd of choice!
