funny how businesses cite free-market prices labor explanation why shouldn't pay more, , yet, suppress free market when suits own interests.

 

non-compete clauses part of employment contract. employee free refuse sign them , go work doesn't require them. job belongs employer not employee. companies not want train employee have them go work competitor.
