Ultra slow internet on Macbook Pro Retina 15" running Mavericks

first, not sure problem laptop, or os.

have 15" retina macbook pro (2013) has been getting slower , slower when accessing websites, whatever browser (i use chrome , safari). using wifi.

getting annoying, point need either restart wifi or laptop itself. think appeared gradually 99% sure not there before upgrade mavericks.
made comparisons other laptops (i have old 15" mbp using type message, , ipad air; both work much better).

there known issue should ?

malware? had on 2012 rmbp. did clean install , worries over. :)
