Verizon early upgrade?

hello all,
have question upgrades on verizon. saw at&t verizon well?
got iphone 4 @ end of august of last year. so, upgrade option, iphone 6, 16gb, $200 upgrade discount, making $450?
 

verizon not offer upgrade price. may eligible join edge program, make monthly payments device. other option pay full price iphone 6 if not wish wait until upgrade date.
