Did a presign form for UPS delivery? Not guaranteed

so @ work today , left presign form apple.com m ups delivery. got ups notification first attempt made receiver not available.

heads others tried method, apparently have fail rate. in door ups written big on , ignored.

on phone on hold trying resolution.
