iTunes Match Not part of Family Sharing

all of descriptions show music 1 of things shared when sign kids itunes match asks them pay. in other words, i'm not sure if transfers over. purchased songs available re-download have 7k songs, of want them use since they've been creating playlists etc using apple id year now. disappointed if case.
 

does take money. i've seen mine when setting restored computer ask me pay tell me own it.

also, devices doing on running ios8?
