Safari 7.0.4 not asking to save MacRumors login info

i checked , it's not in of keychain locations (either in safari or keychain access in utilities folder). works other sites has never asked me save info macrumors.
 

sometimes acts weird me on other sites. i've had use iphone (and vice versa) password saved icloud keychain.

once first log in have tried refreshing page? did trick me once.
