Airport Extreme won't stay connected to wifi

-

for past year i've been using airport extreme upstairs extend wireless network. it's never given me problems until 2 weeks ago when unplugged briefly plug battery backup (it directly wall).

continually loses connection time capsule downstairs acts main router.

can power cycle airport , fixes while drops connection again.

causing this?
 

what firmware on?
