How much space do I really need?

-

right have 16gb iphone 5 4gb left. wondering if of able me determine right capacity iphone 6.

-i take lots of pictures/video (i periodically transfer pictures computer)
-i don't have 1 song on phone - stream entirely through spotify
-i have 40 apps right (no intense games)
-i never download movies/tv shows/etc (i have netflix)
-i'm in many group messages , message app takes 2gb of space

feel 16gb enough, feel since 2 years, 64gb safer choice. i'm not sure

also, may seem dumb question why people 64gb? because store lot of movies/shows/music etc?
 

i go 16gb , save $100.

know in minority here on forum, it's easy transfer stuff computer if low on space.

hate having phone cluttered photos , apps i'm not using, i'd rather keep clean , tidy.
