iPhone Iphone 5 stuck on connect to itunes \ DFU

i have iphone stuck on connect itunes logo. i've tried tinyumbrella loops round when try , out of dfu mode. recboot same , redsn0w says doesn't support a5 or later processor.

ideas on other tools may back. i'm on windows laptop.

not sure if have wait of tools updated. phone went dfu mode during 7.1.2 update. girl owns phone hasn't backed @ want out of dfu mode , see if data there before doing installs.

i've tried diskaid phone in dfu mode can't browse drive in phone either
 

anyone got advice on ? i've had 350 views no replies :-(

tried reciboot tenorsoft doesn't work either.

lots of apps recognise phone in recovery mode nothing bring out of recovery mode.

can't proper restore don't want reset , wipe phone has data hasn't been backed up. know tools can recovery wiped data want use last resort.

flash memory soldered onto board can't take out , recovery on there.
