Macbook Flashes Desktop Then Black Screen

hello, have 2007 macbook power can't see on screen. if close , put sleep , reopen can see desktop second. have idea might causing this.

 

have tried putting screen light? backlight. happens pretty often, on screen.

take flashlight , see if can see on lcd.
if can, it's easiest replace display, can inverter. though possible replace backlight, work isn't worth it, unless you're wanting go route.

if there's store around can take look, might see if can tell if it's inverter or lcd itself.
