Moving photos from PC to iPhone?

i wanted move photos camera roll different album on iphone (not in camera roll, wouldn't take icloud space, etc).

transferred photos pc dragging , dropping dcim folder, want transfer them iphone (but not in camera roll).

don't want use itunes' photo sync tool move photos pc iphone, because have several gigabytes of other photos on iphone deleted if sync'd pc photos iphone.

know easy (free) way this?

alternatively, how several gigabytes of photos on iphone not in camera roll onto pc can sync everything?
 

there ways need none know of free.

if have several gigabytes on phone not in camera roll , not on pc -- anywhere else? if there free option: move them somewhere else computer , sync via itunes.

if aren't anywhere else worried losing them (loss of phone, hardware problem phone, etc, etc,) aren't included in phone backup when aren't in camera roll. in case willing pay.
