Problem with bootcamp need more space on HD

my windows 7 keep growing want increase size of bootcamp partition. made win clone backup , somewhere messed hd partition.
tried deleting bootcamp , making entire drive os going make new larger partition error message , can't it.

do next. reformat hd , reload os backup on , try again?

have carbon copy clone of os partition on bootable external hd.
how format internal hd? boot external?
 

if cannot delete/recreate bootcamp partition via bootcamp assistant, simplest solution system, reformat , start over. have ccc backup restore , rerun bootcamp assistant.
