Will an iPod loaded with AAC files play via aux or USB on car stereo

i googled this, , not clear answer, if connect ipod via aux jack, tape adapter or usb car stereo or aux enable boombox able play aac music off ipod?

read ok long ipod doing decoding of files.

connecting ipod older car deck cassette deck via cassette adapter.
 

it work fine running off cassette adapter headphone jack of ipod.
