Contact Sync b/w Verizon, GMail, and Hotmail

greetings!

have iphone 4s , trying find best way sync contacts. keep getting multiples of same contact , don't know best way go resetting contacts is...

have gmail account , hotmail live account synced phone in addition adding contacts phone aren't on either gmail or hotmail account. have verizon automatic backups every often...

advice on how contacts under control? in advance help.

 

check see if phone syncing contacts icloud @ settings > icloud
saw similar problem few days ago, cause of icloud making new backup copies of contacts whenever new information added.
iphone 4s running 7.1.1 not have built-in capabilities sync contacts gmail, not problem unless you're using app it.

prevent duplicates happening recommend organize contacts on gmail account, make sure need in 1 place, turn off backup services , choose remove them phone that.
organize contacts on gmail , make sure there no duplicates, export them there vcard format , import them onto phone. once you're sure have vcard file of contact list, can turn backup services on if needed.

export contacts in gmail:
go gmail.com -> drop down menu @ top left -> contacts -> gear icon above contacts -> export

import contacts outlook (your icloud contacts must off manually in itunes)
in outlook: open -> import -> import vcard file
in itunes: phone -> info -> sync contacts outlook -> apply sync

if don't want use outlook, there should apps out there can put vcard contacts onto phone.
