iPhone 5 Backup to iPhone 3GS

hi,

lost iphone 5 (it had latest ios version installed) , last backup through itunes 2 weeks ago.

have access iphone 3gs @ moment.

there way can restore last backup (itunes & iphone 5) 3gs? have access contacts.

appreciated.

if 3gs , 5 on same version of ios, want possible. since 5 on latest version (i assume 7.1.2) , highest version 3gs can use 6.1.6, not possible.

apple won't let restore lower version of ios backup newer version of ios. let restore newer version of ios backup older version.

contacts in icloud?

if can go icloud.com , login using apple id access them there. or, if in google or yahoo can go sites.
